stories of my own

Suddenly the tubelight over his head of the hall lit up thus lighting the gloomy room. He hardly took notice of that but was engrossed in browsing and reading the posts that his friends shared on Facebook.

Slowly and at a bit slow speed he scrolled the Facebook page and read every post that was reflecting on the Facebook. Most of the Facebook post were on Hardik Patel's agitation-demanding reservation for Patels.
He was bending little bit towards the laptop. But when he read the trending news on Facebook about Hardik taking his agitation to national level. He could see that the news has earned thousand 'likes' and shared by hundreds. He smiled and uttered a word in a low voice "HHuhh".
After reading, he bent on his chair and started thinking about people. Questions started flowing into his head as - Why people don't ask a single question to the leader of the procession or agitation before being a part of it. Why do we want reservations? Can't we bring changes to our lives without demanding reservations? Mahatma Gandhi has gained Swaraj through non-violence and why can't we have to destroy the public property to send a message to the government. Can't we take a peaceful protest and seek help of media to send our message towards government? And he further thought that if such questions doesn't arise in our minds then surely we are being controlled by others knowingly or unknowingly.
Now he thought, but approaching politicians for our demands doesn't seem good because they are very crooked and sure to twist for their own gain. So, how can we get our demands heard or granted?
He said, "Well, writing to media undoubtedly will be effective but to make our voice stronger we could seek some novel ways which is surely going to work. Such as raising nominal funds or donations and then using that fund to send postcards available in the postoffice to the same address on the same topic by hundreds. I am sure this would work if continued for a long time."
